Davolja Varos in an incredibly unique rock formation located in the Radan mountains in the southern region of Serbia. There are 202 distinctive rock towers or columns that rise into the air. These towers have been created by erosion.
Visitors to the area will also experience two different natural springs. The first natural spring is called Djavolja Voda which translates into “Devil’s Water.” This spring water is extremely acidic and has a high concentration of minerals. The second natural spring is known as Crveno Vrelo which translates into “Red Well.”
The most distinctive feature of the area are the rock towers or columns. It looks like nature has created its own “pipe organ” which makes for an amazing natural wonder of Europe.
